The house is ideally located within walking distance of the town center of Lit et Mixe to go to the market in the morning and enjoy the local shops and the beach located 5 minutes by car / 20 minutes by bike via the cycle path through the forest pine trees!

You will have direct access to two beaches: CONTIS on one side with its few roof tops and restaurants and CAP DE L'HOMY on the other, very natural and protected from the mass tourist influx.

The house can accommodate 6 people comfortably as it has 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, i.e. 3 master bedrooms for more independence. Ideal for coming and staying with friends or several people, or with your children!
