Come discover this pretty 3-story village house in the heart of Collioure, less than 200 meters from Port d'Avall beach, with a view of its historic monument, the church bell tower.
Enjoy the quiet location while remaining close to shops and restaurants.
The house is accessed via the ground floor, which features a storage area with a washing machine and a bathroom with a sink and toilet.
On the first floor, you will find a very well-equipped kitchen and living room with a TV, a stereo system, and games for the whole family.
Finally, the top floor offers two bedrooms with double beds and a modern bathroom and toilet.

The house offers you the comfort of a modern home while retaining the charm of an old house.
