Lots of outdoor space w/ lush waterfront yard, breezy screen porch & private dock. Featuring fully renovated kitchen & baths, open living/dining area with vaulted ceiling, cozy bedrooms and a charming mix of antique and modern furnishings. Unique guest house w/glass garage door offers extra space for an extra cost. Kayaks and bikes too!

We are from Richmond and bought this property as a place to unwind and create memories with our children and 5 grandchildren. After spending the past few months doing some renovations and improvements, we are sharing it with guests when we are not able to be there to enjoy it. This project has been a labor of love and we have furnished it as "our" home, not as a "rental". Deltaville has become a second home to us and we look forward to spending more time there with our family over the next years. We hope you will love it as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
This property is tucked away on an extremely private and serene waterfront setting. We have fallen in love with Deltaville and its' "old school" charm. The town has not changed much over the years! It is a quiet town with a welcoming warmth, and has all one would need for a relaxing getaway. Just enough restaurants, farm and seafood stands and a great grocery store. If you crave peace, privacy, quiet and nature, and want to stay in a clean, fresh and cozy home full of personality, this is for you!
