Clean and nice place . Host is very responsive to your need, and good communication. Parking is an issue. Only street parking, and some night it was difficult to find a street parking.A lot of parallel parking. You need to be prepared to be good at parallel parking.The place is clean. Wifi is good.

Property was great and location was convenient. Stairs could be a problem for the elderly or if they are a problem. The only downside was parking. We had to uber when going out and returning in the evening. We were 4 blocks away when we came back after dinner our first night.

Great location for exploring Seattle

This is a cute, clean and comfy home base for exploring Seattle. Well-equipped with everything, from kitchen items to toiletries and TP. Michael is a very attentive and friendly host!

Perfect spot just off campus

It was easy to get to the waterfront and out family had a relaxing couple of days in Seattle thanks to Michael. Wonderful place with well stocked amenities. Thanks Michael

The location is great and the unit is modern. Having the roof deck is really nice. It looked like the cleaner had left in a bit of a rush because there were things left behind. The parking pass wasn't in the unit when we arrived and I felt the host's responsiveness and help regarding that issue wasn't up to par. I couldn't find the outdoor trash bin for the unit. The towels and the couch could be updated.

A nice weekend getaway...

Overall, the property is very nice and in a very convenient location but had a few cleanliness and maintenance issues. I addressed those with the owner, and I feel he will be quick to address them for future renters.

Alabama loves Capitol Hill

We loved loved loved our stay at this property, and hope to stay there again when we visit our daughter during her year of service in the city with JVC Northwest. This flat is immaculately clean, nicely outfitted, and well-located. The only wish item I had is a dedicated parking space, but it appears that there was little of that in the community overall, which I understand. Anyways, thank you for a wonderful experience here!

Great location. Bright and comfortable.

Very nice property. Lots of windows so the whole place was very bright. Nice roof top patio. Lots of steps which was no problem for us but may be a problem for some. Can be noisy on the weekends but property owner thoughtfully left earplugs in the side table beside the bed!

Capitol Hill Cool

Michael has an excellent place in Seattle's Capitol Hill. We had never been to the city before and were there to see a performance at the Showbox which is less than 2 miles from the Condo. The place is decorated lovely and has a ton of stores, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Downtown/Pike Place/waterfront was a 10-15 min drive from the location as well. The patio is closed in and the rooftop makes a great sundeck. This fit my family of 4 nicely!
