Enjoy this beautifully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath condo overlooking the Pigeon River, located right off the Parkway in the heart of Pigeon Forge, close to everything, plenty to do within walking distance.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a spa tub, double sinks and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The two bedrooms are on either side of the condo across the living space, giving you and your family or friends plenty of privacy from each other. 1queen air mattresses available for additional guests.

New clothes washer and dryer in kitchen!

This gorgeous Condo is minutes from Dollywood, the LeConte Center, The Island, attractions, and restaurants. You are also only 15 minutes or less from Gatlinburg..

The unit is serviced by a glass front elevator so there are no steps required to reach the unit. There is ample parking onsite. The Building features parklike grounds by the Pigeon River, with a fenced and gated pool. This condo offers the best of both worlds - a calm and spacious oasis in the midst of the excitement of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The pool is open from spring to the fall. It will be closed after the Labor day weekend!

A last minute decision to spend a couple days in Pigeon Forge left us scrambling to find something to fit our needs. Was able to book this unit for three nights and was very happy with the entire process. The location was excellent as we stayed on the go the entire time. Everything was close, easy access, with many choices for restaurants, groceries, shopping and entertainment. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host provided all the details to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this condo, hopefully we will be able to return one day!

Nice place. Host will give you your information the day before your booking. She is very concerned on how things are during your stay. For us older people, no hand rails in shower. Be careful stepping out or in. I was good but I did have my husband to help me. The Balcony has alot of room and the ducks were fun to watch.

This 2 BR/ 2 Bathroom Condo was older, but was clean and comfortable. A great location in Pigeon Forge. The balcony was a relaxing place overlooking a beautiful stream full of playful ducks.The Host was quick to reply to my messages.

Host was very quick to respond to my questions. Any problems were addressed a d fixed. Condo was spacious, beds are very comfortable, outside patio is big enough for 4 people to enjoy some fresh air. 2 full baths. 1 in each room. Short drive to Island and 1 block from parkway. Pretty much in middle of pigeon forge. 5 stars all around.
