located close to ALL the best beaches. This house
sleeps 6 people [1 king 1 queen 2 twin beds]. We
have a coffee station ready for you before you enjoy
your day at the beautiful Florida beaches! We are
also located next to a recreation center that has
swimming pools, basketball courts, tennis, and gym
access.
Items provided include: Wi-Fi, YouTubeTV on big
screen 4K TV, beach chairs, towels, and bikes.
Make some memories at this unique beach house!

Fantastic

This rental was great! 10 min drive to Indian Rocks beach. Great location and safe. I went for bike rides and walks by myself. Any questions that we had Melissa was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!!

Very nice property

My son was very pleased with their stay. Not many locations will rent to younger than 25 so we were limited. But he is not your typical 18 yr old so thank you for allowing us to show that. We are very familiar with the location and him being close to IRB was just what we needed.

Girls Getaway

Amazing getaway weekend. Everything was clean, everything we needed was there. Two different coffee pot options-standard and keurig. Dishes, pots, silverware, cups, glasses, and coffee cups. We spent most of our time on the back porch and loved the seating area. Will definitely keep this property as our girls getaway for future stays. Thanks Melissa for an amazing weekend!

Nice little get away

This property was a nice little get away. Quiet neighborhood and nice fenced in yard for kids to play. Bikes shown in listing were not in working condition when we got there. All tires were flat. There was no moped like shown in the listing. Garage and washer/ dryer could be a little more clean and tidy. Messaged host about the grill but never got a response. Overall it was a good stay except for the few things. Not a deal breaker, Would stay here again.

Overall, we had a great time, and Melissa was flexible with our booking! WE did run into some issues with the bikes not being available as well as it not being as accessible to other areas as we thought, but that was our fault. The dishwasher also gave us trouble, but that should've been fixed!

Great Location, House and Host

We were very pleased with how clean the home and property was when we arrived. It was a very pleasant stay! The location is near restaurants and the beach yet is very quiet. The host was quick to answer questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Would love to stay again if we are in the area.

Plenty of towels, and other things you need and don't bring in a short trip... The only thing I could say was that they should have left us some k-cups for the first morning since we arrived late))

Great stay

We travelled for a hockey tournament and this property was a perfect spot for us. Close to the beach and close to the rinks! Kids enjoyed their stay. Clean home and lovely property.

Run-cation Retreat

After running my race (46 miles on the Pinellas trail)coming back to the house was so relaxing and the bed was soooooo comfortable. The whole place was wonderful. We all really enjoyed it. Plenty of room for everyone and it was nice and clean.
