Starters - The condo will come with starters of the following items toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

The kitchen features white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. There is seating at the island bar and a dining room table with seating for four. In addition, the kitchen will have a standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, dishware, flatware, cookware, cooking utensils, baking sheets, and a pizza pan.

Seychelles is one of the most sought-after resorts in Panama City Beach because of its clean and updated grounds and quieter location on the beach. The resort has two pools and one hot tub with plenty of pool deck seating to catch those PCB rays.

We had the best, most relaxing stay! Kelly was so communicative and helpful! The gulf-facing balcony was just what we needed! My mom was able to enjoy the ocean without having to struggle in the sand! We can’t wait to book again!

Ah-h-h-some beach

Oh my! What a wonderful place right on the beach. Our view from the 7th floor balcony was gorgeous! This was our first visit to PCB. My favorite part? The beach service included. We weren't sure how that works but were delighted to learn we had reserved lounges & umbrella for the duration of our stay!! No need to show up early to claim your space. Everyone there was very friendly. We were impressed with how close we were to parking and beach access. You don't have to walk far at all. The only downside was the mattress in the bedroom. For us it was not all that comfortable. Kelly was a wonderful host. I would totally rent from her again. Pro tip: bring your own beach towels and pack a regular size bar of soap. We had to purchase coffee filters our first morning but left plenty for the next guests. Dining: We enjoyed Schooners next door. Don't skip their fries. Also, Paula Deen's Family Kitchen was wonderful and located in a nice shopping area. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Florida's Gulf Coast.

Great condo and even better location.

Love the condo. Very clean and location is amazing. The only issue I have with the condo is the box springs of the king size bed. Very very very squeaky.

Can't say enough great things about this condo

Location, location, location!! Condo was in perfect condition and perfectly placed on the beach. Can't find better sunsets and sunrises in PCB. The host was extremely professional and courteous and gave great recommendations on what to do and places to eat. Book this place or you will regret it.

You wan't be disappointed!

Second time renting from Sukaina. Going back in August! We dealt with Kelly for all our rental details and she is very thorough and pleasant. Great experience! We had great weather, water and view from the 20th floor. Recos for eating: Schooners, SandBar, Patches Bar, and a Spinnaker Burger! Both Sukaina and Kelly are a joy! Easy to deal with, and the condo is great! Can't go wrong!

Perfect Beach Vacation!

The condo was great and everything was as advertised. Great view of the ocean and really easy access to the beach. Great Time - Great Condo

We stayed in Sukaina's 7th floor 1 Bedroom Condo from 6/14-6/40/2014. Sukaina and Kelly were very accomodating, easy to work with. No issues checking in, Great view of beach from balcony. Love the fact that it is next door to Schooners, great place for afternoon drinks and also good food. We ate there 2 of our nights. Every morning took a run thru the state park which is close. (costs 2 dollars). You will not be disappointed renting from Sukaina, everything it is described to be and more!!

During the booking process, Kelly was quick to respond to any requests/questions we had. Couldn't beat the price-all fees included! The condo had everything we needed. The view of the Gulf from the balcony is spectacular! My husband and I loved to just sit on the balcony, gazing over the water, looking for wildlife and listening to the lapping of the waves on the shore! Lots of tasty restaurants with fun/laid-back atmospheres. We really enjoyed visitng the state parks. Plenty of water activities available in the area. One of the most relaxing trips we have taken in awhile!

Great Location, Amazing Views

We had an incredible week in Florida and really enjoyed this condo. We found everything we needed ready and waiting for us upon arrival. The views from the balcony are incredible and we loved the sunsets each night. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby which made all of our nighttime activities fantastic! We will definitely be back soon!

great condo! wonderful amenities we have been coming for 5 years now and we haven't been disappointed schooners is right next door and we love to walk over and have a drink and bite to eat the beach is right in front of our balcony and because the hotel is located on the end of thomas drive we get a less crowded beach ;) condo is very spacious! love the bunk beds built in main bedroom bed is very comfortable and the pillows too!! (lol kelly!) bathroms are very nice loved all the towels! super soft and fluffy!! kitchen was great and all the accessories they leave for you!! overall I give them another 5+stars for the visit and room!! will book again next year!!

Fortunately, we found this condo and it fit our needs perfectly at a reasonable rate. It was accommodating to 2 adults, 2 teenagers and one child. The bunk beds were ideal for our situation and it maximized the use of space in the condo. The full kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and save money unless we chose to go out to eat. The condo was clean and provided all amenities to make for a pleasant stay. The washer and dryer was also a plus. The beach front property was beautiful and was convenient to all activities without being in the middle of traffic congestion. I would recommend this condo without any hesitation at all. I am hoping for another trip in the fall!!

The famous Schooners restaurant is next door. There are many restaurants and things to do like putt-putt, arcades, go-karts, shopping, bars, golfing, and Ripley's Believe it or not museum and WonderWorks. Pier Park, Dolphin Tours, Sunset Cruises, Fishing Charters, Shell Island, and St. Andrews State Park are a short drive away. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!
