Perfect location and comfortable setting

Apartment had everything needed. It was very comfortable and stylish. To note there is no AC unit in the bedrooms so it can get warm but kept the doors open to the bedrooms to let the cool air in. Balcony lovely, great location to the beach and private parking. Building is very secure and it's quiet! Bakery across the street super convenient!

Séjour fantastique, l'appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos, tout confort, décoré avec goût et dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Le parking (2 places) est couvert, la résidence est sécurisée et dispose d'un local vélo et moto. Le quartier est calme et familiale. Le centre balnéaire Fonquerne est en face de la résidence pour ceux qui aimeraient profiter de la piscine. Une boulangerie ouverte tous les jours jusqu'à 20h se trouve au pied de la résidence. En 5mn on accède à la plage ou au Lidl. Avec le bus 3 dont l'arrêt est tout prêt de la résidence, on peut être en max 15mn au centre ville. L'arrêt du bus 9 en direction de Marseillan (trajet de 30mn environ) est également à proximité. On peut tout faire à pied en bus ou en vélo, avec la possibilité de louer des vélos sur la promenade du Lido à 5mn de la résidence. La procédure d'accueil est simple et efficace. Superbe séjour à refaire. La propriétaire est adorable, disponible et réactive, idem pour Serge qui s'occupe de l'accueil. Gros coup de cœur. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
