Amazing property with an A view!

Nice, clean, and with hosts that care. The condo is a great mix of function, value and luxury. Can’t beat the view and the onsite restaurants are quality food and value. We’ll be back for sure!

The apartment is beautiful and the views are spectacular. To wake up hearing the waves and look straight out onto the Caribbean Sea is a treat. We spent a lot of time on the balcony- breakfast & dinner times- especially at sunrise. The showers were great, the beds comfy, the kitchen well stocked, including drinking water. It’s a lovely stylish apartment The resort is calm and well kept. We used the gym a few times, played padel and ate at both restaurants. We spent most days lazing on the beach, with a trip to Xel-Ha snorkelling and a trip to Xplor Fuego swimming in caves and zip lining. A great mix of relaxation with a bit of adventure and activity for the kids. Sofia was really helpful - nothing was too much trouble from arranging transfers to beach loungers. We loved it!

From the moment we arrived, we knew this stay was going to be something special. This stunning oceanfront condo exceeded every expectation — beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout and stocked with every amenity that you would need to have a comfortable stay. The photos provided a very accurate depiction of what the condo looks like. What truly set this experience apart was the owner’s (Sofia) exceptional hospitality. She was attentive without being intrusive, checking in regularly to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find owners who genuinely care so deeply about their guests’ comfort, and it made all the difference. Waking up to breathtaking ocean views from the balcony every morning was an absolute highlight. In the evening, watching the waves roll in while taking in the lights of Cozumel across the water was a beautiful daily occurrence. The beach was attended to on a daily basis. Lounge chairs and umbrellas were provided right on the sand, making it effortless to relax and soak up the sun in comfort and shade. The resort itself was equally impressive, with a fabulous pool, tennis and pickleball courts, gym, and two convenient restaurants. One restaurant was nestled close to the beach, perfect for a casual bite, while the larger one by the pool offered a full lunch and dinner menu. Very handy! We would highly recommend renting this unit without any hesitation whatsoever. We can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic residence, and location

Family of four stayed here for eight days and had a fantastic time. The beach is beautiful and you can walk for miles. Call Sophia and Louise were superb. We had constant contact with them the whole time and they were super helpful .There is also a waterfront activity center run by Sergio next-door who is fantastic. He arranged for a snorkeling tour and for our boys to get PADI certified.I would highly recommend renting a car as there are so many things to do in Playa del Carmen. We never had any issues with the police has reported on some of the Cancun Facebook pages and forums.Once you leave the resort, you simply turn left on Avenue 10 and it will take you right into downtown PDC.It is also close to a big grocery store.We have stayed in short term rentals, both houses, and condominiums, all over Mexico, and this particular unit ranks as one of the best.

Spring Break 2025

Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) stayed here for Spring Break April 2025 and let me tell you it did not disappoint. This beautiful quit condo is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building. The full back patio faces East toward the Ocean. The sunrises were breathtaking every morning from our king size bed in the master bedroom. Master bedroom has a very large bathroom with walk in shower. The other bedroom is on opposite side of condo and has 2 beds and jack and jill bath shared with the main floor . All the beds have trundles. The kitchen is fully stocked. We ate most of the breakfast and dinners on the porch while taking in the ocean views. Lunch we packed a cooler and headed down to the beach or pool. We did eat at the onsite restaurant a couple times and was very good. (Try the fried fish or shrimp tacos) Complex is a mix of local condo owners and vacationers but is very safe and clean. Staff on site is very friendly. Sofia is an excellent host and communicator. We had one issue while we were there and she had some down within 10 minutes to address it! Highly recommend this place.
