Everything was wonderful. Close to gatlinburg and the park. Quiet location. Plenty of room for our family if 6. We love the pool table and basement entertainment area. There are a couple little stores near by for pizza and if you forgot anything. Host was very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend.
Title says it all. Great location and a beautiful cabin. Really close proximity to downtown Gatlinburg and the smoky mountains. Had plenty of space for our entire group.
This was a great cabin to stay in for our family. It is really close to all activities around Gatlinburg. On one of the mornings we even got to see a mama bear and three cubs walk down the driveway! I highly recommend staying at this cabin.
The cabin is large, with a nice kitchen and several spaces around it to enjoy time with family and friends. The host was responsive and good to work with. My only complaint is that the cleanliness could be better, and there are a few areas in the lower-level bathroom that could use some TLC. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Pictures do not do this cabin justice. Its perfect down to every last detail. Great location and close to all the fun activities. We will definately be booking again for our next trip to TN!!!
We enjoyed the porches and being able to sit outside and watch nature. The house in on the mountain and surrounded by trees and we even saw bears crossing the road.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The home was very clean and we enjoyed having places to relax and places to have fun. The lower level area with the pool table and game table a very cool. We felt it was worth it and had a great time!
We had an amazing time while staying at the house. The rooms were all very comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the game room playing pool and the video games. My girls loved the hot tub. The house was perfect. Our host had it all decorated for Christmas. It was so beautiful. I highly recommend this poroperty.
This place was nice but there were a few aspects which we weren’t so happy about. The supplemental contract when booking the reservation was very strict sounding, to the point I was debating switching to another house. Maybe that is typical language but that contract sort of set expectations high that this property would be in very good shape. Instead we found several areas where the walls, floors, and furniture had lots of wear and tear. There isn’t a lot of drywall in a cabin like this, but every section of drywall had some type of mild damage or defects. We weren’t going around inspecting everything but it was noticeable and surprising the condition it was in considering the strict language of the contract and price point. There were a few areas of mold and attempted cover up. Cleaning was poor. We found lots of food crumbs and other areas just clearly not cleaned in a while.Hot tub was not full enough to use, messaged the owner and they had the cleaning member come out to refill the tub, so we eventually got to use it about 1/2 way through the trip. The decks were nice as you can see in the images but there was almost no where to sit.Zero sound barrier between the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms, even a whisper can be heard between them. This is typical for a cabin though. For the 3 bathrooms, there were total of 1 shampoo and conditioner, tiny re-used hotel bottles.Overall we enjoyed the place and game room especially, but lots of small complaints added up
The cabin was perfect. It was clean and spacious just what we needed. It felt like home away from home. The owner even reached out to me to make sure everything was ok. I truly appreciated that. We were having some much fun in the cabin we didn’t won’t to leave. Thank you Ma.Carrie for such a wonderful stay.

I am so glad you all enjoyed the cabin. We welcome you and your family to come and stay anytime you want.
NAME OF CABIN SAYS IT ALL....WE HAD A BLAST AT THIS CABIN AND THE HOST WAS VERY RESPONSIVE. OVERALL AN AWESOME PLACE TO STAY. WE HAD BEARS EVERY SINGLE DAY. LOCK YOUR CARS AND HOUSE DOORS!!!! THE DRIVEWAY IS STEEP BUT MANAGABLE. BEARS BEARS BEARS EVERYWHERE. THE CABIN WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND WE HAD A LOT OF FUN IN THE GAME ROOM.
Carrie was responsive to calls and texts, however I did have to ask the day we arrived what the passcode for the door was as it was not given prior and we were locked out of the house two days prior to the date we were to check out.
House was lovely, however cleaning crew could do a better job on toilets and floors.
We were very happy with the location of the house. We were a little surprised and disappointed with the lack of views. The house was very nicely decorated but had a bit of wear and was not as well stocked in the kitchen as I had hoped. We did have a problem with bears getting into the garbage because of a broken latch on the bin but I was told it would be fixed and bear watching turned out to be a bonus!
Nine of our family members had a great week in this beautifully appointed cabin! The decor is so cute and perfect for the rustic cabin atmosphere. The architecture inside is spectacular accompanied by beautiful wood. We saw bears every day but one (out of 5).
They emptied the trash and tried to open the car doors. We found large paw prints on the door handles. One bear walked along the front porch and climbed down the railing by the hot tub. Be sure to honk your car horn before going out! The bears added to the fun but we stayed as far away from them as possible.

Running Bears Den
Overall the property is extremely nice. However upon check in there were areas that didnt seem to have been cleaned after the previous occupants. We had to clean the down stairs tub and the main level shower prior to use. Also the upstairs tube leaked preventing use of this room during the stay. Property owner did offer to have a plumber come out but I chose just to not use this tub-didnt want to have to sit with a plumber and didnt want to leave my stuff in the cabin if someone was in the unit while we were out since the owner was not responsible for any loss of property. Overall the cabin is very nice and in a great location
