La Grande Verdette residence is located along "Marmotte" slope which allows you to reach the snow front and the main ski lifts in a few seconds. Arrival and departure on skis at the foot of the residence.
Pedestrian access to the station takes just a few minutes!
This is a new residence is delivered to fall 2024.
This 53m² apartment offers warm decoration and high quality materials.
An indoor parking space (basement of the residence) is reserved for you.
You have a ski locker with boot dryer which opens directly onto the Bellard chairlift.
The apartment is made up of a living room opening onto a furnished terrace with a beautiful view on the Aiguilles d'Arves.
The living room offers a living room - dining room and an equipped kitchen.
A first bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed.
A second bedroom also offers a 160 cm bed too.
Finally, the third bedroom offers 2 beds in a 90x190 cm bunk bed.
A bathroom and a separate toilet complete this apartment.
