Colonnade Club 205 offers the convenience of a first-floor flat for guests to enjoy. The furnished villa is located in close proximity to the shared outdoor grilling area, the on-site pool, and poolside spa. Access to the beach is a short walk away through the adjacent beach path that leads directly to the Shipyard Beach Club.

The villa includes a master suite with a king bed, 32" flat screen TV, and a private bath. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, 32" flat screen TV, and a private bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a private laundry for added convenience. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and loveseat, as well as a 50" flat screen TV. The dining table seats up to 6 people. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

The Shipyard Resort is conveniently located close to popular shops, restaurants, and entertainment on the island. Explore acres of breathtaking nature, including ancient live oak trees draped in Spanish moss, lagoons that are home to snowy white egrets, great blue heron, and possibly an alligator or two.

The resort offers paved bike paths, a large on-site pool measuring 21' x 62', a spacious poolside spa, poolside restrooms, and a grilling area for guests with 2 gas grills and a picnic area. Beach access is less than a 1/2 mile walk away via the beach path located just to the left of the grilling area. The Shipyard Beach Club offers restrooms and outdoor showers for guests to use.
Spa stays open year round.

The property accommodates up to 6 people and allows a maximum of 2 vehicles with an access/parking pass. Smoking and vaping are not allowed, and pets are not permitted. Free WIFI is available.

Mid island but close to everything

Well appointed unit, clean, as as seen in pics. A few short steps to the pool and hot tub. A short bike ride to trails, beach, shopping, coffee and treats.

Great vacation rental

This was an updated, nicely decorated, clean rental in a great location right next to the beach access (a 10-15 min walk or 5 min bike ride) and close to the pool and spa. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of closet space if you had a larger family stay. The kitchen had basic pots, pans and cooking utensils (which worked fine for us) and most were new and in great shape. We rented bikes and loved riding back and forth to the beach and throughout Shipyard Plantation.

Would stay here again

We rented this unit for 2 months. Everything exactly as pictured, short walk to beach and great neighbors. Could use a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint and some appliance upgrades(stove) but nothing that we couldn't deal with. Not really set up for long term rentals, think they are used to weekly rentals, so we had to purchase some cleaning supplies to keep it tidy and request a few things. Please note tho, this is not a VRBO but rents via a rental agency. It was ok and we had good communication with them and they were responsive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My son had a clinical assignment in the area so he stayed here for five weeks. My husband and I visited for part of the time. The unit was clean and had everything he needed for his stay. The beach was just a short walk from the unit. There was only one small issue the whole time my son was there and Mark responded quickly with a resolution. My son had an accident while staying in Hilton Head and we can attest the healthcare providers here are top notch!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean however there was one very dangerous problem - a recepticle was just hanging out of the wall in the kitchen - potential deadly consequences. Bathrooms were way to small and the shower/tub didn't have grab bars. The bathtub was completely gray and noat clean.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Too many little things wrong. Keurig was moldy and did not work. Porch light did not work. Electric outlets not secured. Musty smell throughout. shower head was from the 1970's. Floors throughout are popping up. Toaster only works on one side.
