Newly renovated cozy and clean pool home with new furnishings. The house has central heating and air conditioning, new ceiling fans and lighting in each room and is loaded with amenities including a water softener, cable TV and WIFI. The master bedroom is equipped with temperpedic adjustable king bed and the spare bedrooms are furnished with new queen beds. The master bedroom, living room and game room are each equipped with 50+ inch flatscreen TV's. The back patio has a covered patio, plenty of seating, an outdoor BBQ, and the heated pool has a peaceful a water feature between the spa and pool. The 2-car garage with epoxy flooring contains a pull through garage door giving you plenty of space to park your toys. Newer Samsung washer and dryer are available for you to use as well.

Location is Prime, the London Bridge/Channel being 5 miles away and the Windsor boat launch ramp only 3 miles away.

The garage will easily fit two cars and the driveway is large enough for 2 vehicles.

This home is a perfect fit for your winter home in the prime Arizona season!
