Beautiful home in Saint Raphael
This architectural gem is 250 m² in size and welcomes its guests on a 3,000 m² plot with plenty of trees. Even after the renovation, you can still feel the historic ambience of this 18th century property. The house, which has a 6 x 6 metre pool, is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there are two spacious living rooms, a dining room and a separate kitchen. Of the four bedrooms on the upper floor, two have a fireplace and one has its own bathroom. A further bedroom is located on the ground floor. The sea and its sandy beaches are 5 km away, the golf course of Valescure 3 km, the centre of Saint-Raphaël with its exciting entertainment programme in the summer months 1.5 km.
