Incommode, vétuste, bricolé, non isolé, sale

Impossible de dormir dans les chambres de l'étage non isolé, température supérieure à 40° la nuit, montée délicate par échelle d'accès non conforme, bricolée ainsi que toute l'installation électrique; Remplacement chauffe-eau jour 2 = douches froides premier jour. Sol rdc, canapé, mobilier malpropres, fermeture baie vitrée HS, sol jardin vielle moquette, véranda dangereuse, 3-4 chaines TV, wifi non vu. Le tout mériterait une mise à jour et aux normes et un entretien sérieux. Seuls côtés satisfaisants, gérant sympa et disponible, belle piscine, heureusement, la côte d'azur reste belle hors les embouteillages.
