On the 5th floor of his residence with a lift, you will be dazzled by the view that opens up to you as soon as you enter the main room. You will be able to admire it from the balcony, comfortably seated in one of the armchairs, with a cool drink or a nice ice cream.



The main room consists of a kitchen equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. For breakfast, a kettle and a coffee maker are at your disposal. A square and welcoming table awaits you for your meals. A comfortable lounge welcomes you with two sofas, for your TV evenings, aperitifs or board games. A particular feature of this lounge is that behind one of the sofas is hidden a comfortable king-size pull-out bed. You will therefore be able to wake up whilst looking out at the sea.



A "cabin" bedroom behind the kitchen offers additional sleeping accommodation for one person. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet.



The garage is accessible for unloading your luggage, but parking is on the street.

To vary your pleasures, you can spend an evening at the Casino, discover the ramparts and salt marshes of Guérande, or taste ice creams or chichis along the quays of Pouliguen.
