Large detached quercynoise house located in a hamlet, quiet, away from any traffic, renovated in 2013. Gite de France, classified 3 épis.  Close to Gramat, on the causse rich in dry-stone buildings. A balcony to the east, a 35 m2 terrace to the west with pergola, garden furniture and barbecue. Private swimming pool of 11mx5m, equipped with an alarm in closed ground with direct access from the private garden of the gite. Private shaded garden and garden furniture. Electric heating. Swimming pool with alarm and fenced. Land, private garden with trees, barbecue, garden furniture. Rental from Saturday to Saturday. Sheets can be provided on request.
