Oceanfront 2BR Private Apartment

Beautiful 2 BR Apartment, fully equipped Kitchen, W/D for a short or extended stay and offers a stunning view of the ocean just off the balcony with BBQ, and private sitting area to watch the sunrise or just to relax and enjoy. Inside you can relax in air-conditioned comfort on those hot days, or curl up next to the electric fireplace on the cold nights while watching your favorite movie.
The centerpiece of the apartment for me is the walk-in shower with engraved glass panels. These etchings were created by a local artist and are one of a kind hand-sketched and feature the Bluenose and the Peggy's Cove Lighthouse, 2 of our most famous attractions here in Nova Scotia.
Kayaks available onsite complimentary, private island tours provided by the host are optional with advance reservations
You will have access to local shops and cafes, as well as the rails to trails walking path just across the street.

the Hosts were amazing. not only helpful but super friendly, they went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean and extremely comfortable with everything you could need. It was quiet peaceful and the most beautiful sunrises imaginable. Being on the waters edge of St Margaret's bay is spectacular, would recommend it in a heartbeat. A memory to treasure

This is a great location, the owners Steve and Johanne are very helpful and accommodating.Great views, bed was comfortable good kitchen. Location is central to many locations on NS like mahone bay, Chester, Peggy’s cove, Halifax and Wolfville is only a little over an hour away. Would highly recommend this location. Note - there are 15 stairs to the accommodation so if you have mobility issues take that into consideration.

Host Steve and Johan are super nice and provided everything we needed. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and they made it so special with a fresh lobster supper and a tour round the bay in their boat. We had no real plans on this trip. We got up and did day trips from this location which is not far from Peggy’s Cove and Lunenburg and Oak Island. Halifax is like 35 min away. There is a walking /biking trail across the road. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet restful spot.

This ‘home away from home’ is lovely. We can’t say anything negative about it at all. If you like to relax on a deck by the water, or simply view it from a large picture window, this is the place for you. The hosts are very accommodating and the location allows visits to quaint seaside villages in either direction as well as being within an easy commuting distance to Halifax for the day. Laundry facilities were most welcome, within the unit itself, and the full kitchen and bbq meant we could eat in very comfortably, to save a bit on meals. Very bright and cheery;nice seaside vibe.

Perfect location and beautiful view

We had a great time staying here. We were traveling all over the east coast and this was a great place to stay while having easy access to Nova Scotia and some of the sights. Everything you need is provided. The managers are super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.

It was a little piece of heaven. The view was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the loons. It was very well-equipped. The hosts were very nice and willing to help. Our harbor cruise was informative and beautiful.
