Welcome to our lovely townhouse located in Boulogne-sur-Mer, ideally located halfway between the historic old town and the famous sea discovery centre, Nausicaá, as well as the beach. This house offers a warm and comfortable setting for your stay in this charming coastal town.

For your vehicle, a secure parking space is adjacent to the accommodation.
For those who drive electric, a charging voucher is available in the accommodation.

Description of the space:

On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room with a welcoming lounge area with a pellet stove, perfect for chilly evenings, as well as a spacious fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a small terrace, ideal for soaking up the sun and enjoying your meals al fresco.

Upstairs, you will discover a large master bedroom, tastefully decorated and offering all the necessary comforts for a good night's sleep. A second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a baby cot for families with children. The modern bathroom is equipped with a bath/shower for your comfort.

In addition, an additional room is furnished with a billiard table and a sofa bed, providing additional relaxation space as well as sleeping for two additional people if necessary.
