Private parking, free beach tags, eat-in kitchen with full-sized fridge, and a balcony over looking Landis Avenue are just a few perks you'll enjoy when booking a stay with us. We are walking distance to the Promenade, retail stores, restaurants and bars, and of course.. the Beach! (Please note: we do NOT provide bed sheets/pillow cases, bath or beach towels.)

No communication about check in until I reached out 24 hours prior asking about check in info. We were already on our way once we received an answer Listing is not accurate. The bedroom is not an actual bedroom. Walls do not go to ceiling. Very tight space. Very u comfortable bed. Both women with aching bodies both days. Nowhere in listing does it explain you get zero linens. No towels, no bath mat, no sheets, no blankets. Bathroom could use some updates. Poor remodel as you see blue tile sticking out in area of bathroom. Could use a good cleaning. Bathtub shower window was disgusting. Host offered to reimburse for 11 Walmart sheet set. Ugh it cost more than that to cover all the essentials needed. Only good thing was parking, close to all restaurants shopping and beach.

Why they chose this property

28 years and older --- This condo is perfect for a young family or a couple looking to enjoy a beautiful beach town. We combine convenience and affordability. Just outside the door you can enjoy mornings breakfasts at the pancake house, long sunny days full of beach activities, and evenings spent enjoying dinner, drinks, or a walk along the Promenade. With so much to do, you won't need much more than a comfortable and clean home-base for recharging. 28 and over.

What makes this property unique

Our location. If you like a close proximity to the beach, bars/restaurants and outstanding people watching -- this is the best value on the island.
