The property is very run down. The rooms were run down but clean. Too much smoking weed and cig. going on from the elevators to the hallways. But they have a no smoking policy. Cig. burns on the plastic parts of the elevator number screen and other places. Pool was advertised in pictures but pools were not working and that info. that they were not working is way down in the properties amenities. Pictures still up on the properties website and through Expedia they are very miss leading. The staff told us they have not worked for like 5 years. Also one of the security guards. Thinner man, perhaps part Asian was very rude to my wife because she did not understand his instructions on parking. She told him we have never had been there before so we were unfamiliar with the area. Most of the buildings around us we were told and you could tell had been closed for sometime. Parking was horrible. We made the best of it and most of the staff were friendly.
