This is a wonderful property in a fabulous N. Scottsdale area. It is exactly as shown in photos- full of personality and lovingly cared for by Owners. The entire property was sparkling clean and exterior was regularly maintained by pool and grounds folks during our stay. Peter (Owner) is exceptional in his communication. We truly felt at home during our stay.

Lovely place

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Peter’s place in Scottsdale. The house has all the amenities you need. Very clean and spacious. We felt like we were right at home. The surrounding area is also nice and there’s so much to do! We couldn’t do it all so we’ll definitely be back!!!!

We had a wonderful stay! In addition to being beautiful, the home is just spotless which feels like a challenge to find these days in home rentals! Peter was super responsive and lovely to talk with. We started talking about our next stay before we even checked out!

Beautiful Home, Great Views, and Perfect Location!

Everything was just as described and pictured in the listing. Peter was very reachable and helpful when we spoke. House was immaculate! Views of Golf Course and Mountains are picturesque! Golf Holiday

This was one of the nicest houses we have ever rented. The home was wonderfully decorated and well stocked. Everything was in excellent working order and very clean. The location is on a quiet street and the house backs onto the Legends golf course with the patio overlooking the 7th fairway. We'd love to rent this home again sometime in the near future. Awesome Christmas Getaway!

We were fortunate to spend the Christmas Holidays with our family at Peter’s house in North Scottsdale. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Great layout, beautiful design, tastefully decorated, comfy beds, very clean. Legend Trail was a great and we enjoyed our walks through the neighborhood. The pool and spa were pristine. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our dinners. Grill out back was great and was used multiple times. The ping-pong table out back on the patio was also a nice surprise! Nice flat panel TV’s throughout the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Girls getaway

Home is fabulous. Quiet neighborhood. Loved having our own pool to relax in. Peter is very responsive. Home has everything you need to make meals or just sit back and relax. Wifi was spotty but we didn't care. Casita was great for my daughter to get away and feel she had her own space. Would love to stay again if I make it back to the area.

Quiet, relaxing and beautiful

Everything is exactly as described in the listing! What the listing can't describe is the peaceful ambience of the home, especially at night. During the day, it's fun to watch the golfers and listen to them complain about their shots. At night, it is absolutely silent. Kick back and stare at the stars with a nice glass of wine. Plenty of everything you need, including toiletries, paper towels, bath and pool towels. The beds are comfortable, but bring a sleep mask, as the blinds are not room darkening and since AZ doesn't change clocks, the sun comes up at 5AM during the summer. Not necessarily a bad thing, as it gives you more time to enjoy the home and surrounding area. The speakers in every room and the patio are a great touch. It was great to play Pandora on the TV and listen to it throughout the house. My Son stayed in the Casita and absolutely loved it. It is a bit of a drive to Scottsdale proper, but well worth it for the solitude you get to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this home if you're looking for a place to relax and unwind.

Fresh Lemons!

Excellent communication - Peter is very quick to respond. Loved this home! Had everything we needed for a relaxing week away - nice pool and quiet neighborhood. The lemon tree in the back was the highlight of our trip -we loved having fresh squeezed lemon juice for our drinks! Would definitely return!

Love! Love! Love!

My family and I stayed over the holidays and absolutely loved the house!!! It included everything you needed and was extremely spacious! The area was great and shopping was not too far away. Our host, Peter, was wonderful!!!! He was extremely helpful and immediately responded to any questions/concerns I had. We will definitely rent this property again! Thank you for everything, Peter!
