Hervorragendes Haus für unseren Urlaub. Zwei separate Schlaf-Bereiche mit eigenem Bad. Alles neu und sauber. Sehr gute Ausstattung, tolle Terrasse, coole Bar, überragender Pool. Die Kinder und die Erwachsenen waren begeistert.

La maison est très fonctionnelle et dispose de tout le confort, idéal pour 2 familles avec ses 2 coins séparés.Le bar, la piscine et la décoration sont de très bons atouts.La localisation est idéale pour visiter les Landes.Christophe a été un hôte très accueillant et disponible.Je recommande sans hésiter, c'est probablement la meilleure location que nous ayons faite

Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Es ist super modern und neu und war total sauber. An Ausstattung mangelt es nicht und Christophe hatte uns sogar zwei Hochstühle und Babybetten zur Verfügung gestellt. Dadurch dass es so geräumig ist bietet es sich super an mit einer größeren Gruppe, z.B. zwei Familien zu verreisen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Un Petit coin de paradis !

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique en famille dans cette villa splendide. La maison est non seulement très jolie, mais surtout pensée avec intelligence : tout est pratique, fonctionnel, et parfaitement adapté pour un séjour sans stress. Le décor est soigné, élégant, et on s'y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Mention spéciale pour la piscine, un vrai petit bijou où nous avons passé des moments inoubliables. L'accueil du propriétaire est tres chaleureux!Merci pour cette parenthèse enchantée !Nous avons hâte d'y retourner!

Une super semaine dans une TOP maison neuve très agréable à vivre. 2 coins nuits séparés pour deux familles avec un séjour au milieu avec une grande ouverture sur l extérieur et la piscine. Hervorragende Villa für unseren Urlaub. Alles neu und sehr schön! Für zwei Familien sehr gut geeignet, drinnen und draußen ist sehr viel Platz. Wunderschöner Pool, tolle Terrasse und eine eigene Bar mit Grill für den Sundowner. Perfekt!

Absolut phantastisch!

Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen Ferien in der Villa Matiou sehr genossen. Die Räumlichkeiten, der Pool mit Salzwasser, die Küchenausstattung, die Bar mit Grill, die Tischtennis-Area, alles war perfekt. Eine ganz tolle, neue Villa mit einer sehr schönen Einrichtung und einer liebevollen und durchdachten Gestaltung. Perfekt für 2 Familien mit jeweils 4 Personen (es gibt aber Platz für min. 2 weitere Gäste). Die zwei Schlafbereiche liegen separat und weit auseinander und sind mit jeweils einer eigenen Tür vom Wohn/Essbereich aus zugängig. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Der große Tisch auf der Terrasse ist direkt vom Wohnbereich aus zugängig und verfügt über eine moderne Überdachung mit LED Beleuchtung und verstellbaren Lamellen. Am Pool lässt sich auf der Holzbank der Sonnenuntergang genießen. Vor dem Haus ist reichlich Platz zum Parken. Der Riesenfernseher und gut funktionierendes WLAN haben die Jugendlichen glücklich gemacht. Der nächste Strand liegt 15 Min Autofahrt entfernt. Im Ort gibt es einen Bäcker, Käseladen, Pizzeria und einen Wochenmarkt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und Christophe ist ein supernetter und engagierter Gastgeber!
