Enjoy the best the North Fork has to offer while staying at our tranquil and peaceful home! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is surrounded by award winning vineyards, renowned restaurants, farm stands, great shopping, and a walk down the block to a private beach on the Peconic Bay. Master bedroom has king size bed and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has queen size bed with closet and third bedroom has two twin beds with a closet. Dining room leads to serene outdoor patio area. Newly renovated backyard with heated, saltwater, in-ground pool and serene rock waterfall. New patio with pavers. Fully complete by Summer '24 season. Pictures will be updated once completed. Quiet neighborhood by the vineyards

Rented the property to visit a few local vineyards for my fiancé’s birthday with another couple. The property was newly renovated, super clean & very easy to communicate with the owner. All close to the little downtown of Southold. Would recommend for sure!

Freshly rennovated, great location

The house is a few minutes south of route 25 in Southhold, so it is convenient to many North Fork locations. It looks like they just renovated it a few months ago, so everything was in great shape.

Mom's trip

Went away with four moms for a weekend getaway and the home was perfect for us. Plenty of space, neat and clean and new. Close to vineyards, down the block from small, quiet and peaceful beach on sound, many great restaurants to choose from. Owner was responsive and a pleasure to rent from.
