Great property on the water
We had a great 2 week stay in June. The house has an updated kitchen and all the appliances we needed. Our kids loved playing in the backyard overlooking the beautiful bay. It's a very quiet street and we enjoyed walking our dog. Beach access is a short walk across the busy road. Our only complaint is that there was no other access to any public beaches since we were non-residents. All the other towns have opened up, so it seems like Southold is the last holdout (foolish in my opinion). We ended up driving to Cooper Beach in Southampton, which was ~50 minutes away and a spectacular beach, but it would have been nice to have access to the nearby beaches even if they had more rocks/shells.

Great Stay in Great House with Very Responsive Property Manager
We are a family of 4 who stayed at this property for an extended period of time this spring. The property is in a great location central in the North Fork directly on Hashamomuck Pond and a 3 minute walk to a Sound Beach. The house has great views and was delivered very clean and organized. The layout is very efficient and well designed so it was perfect for a family of 4. Marilyn, who manages the house for the owner and manages other houses in the area, was extremely responsive and couldn't have been nicer. The immediate area is great for biking, running or just lounging around by the water and we would not hesitate to rent again.

Beautiful!
Wonderful views and streaming sunshine glass porch! Comfy beds, plenty of hot water, well equipped kitchen. I was surprised by the add on costs - cleaning fee etc, next time I’ll know to factor that in. (I did know about them before I agreed...)

Perfect get away
We came from Boston and the trip down was really quite seamless. You can get all of the benefits of the cape while missing the hustle and bustle to beat the traffic. Its short ride to New London Ferry and then have yourself a relaxing drink while you wait to dock in Orient Point. The sunsets are second to none and the local restaurants leave you wanting to come back for more. Marilyn was such a pleasant host and incredibly accommodating! We cannot wait to come back!

Clean Cozy Cottage by the Bay
Cozy cottage recently updated, but still has the charm. Love the location on a bay with a beach, short walk to the LI sound, at the end of a private road cul-du-sac. All the amenities you need for a great vacation. You can tell the this house is well loved. Close to great family restaurants and for the adult great wineries. Comfy furniture makes for great hanging out. We'll definitely be back.
