One bathroom with tub/shower/toilet and double sink. One room with two single beds. One room with sofa bed. A double room with access to the balcony and en-suite with shower/toilet and sink. One garage place. Shared laundry room and ski room. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Newly built apartment in an idyllic location directly on the river Inn with lovely views. Post office and railway station are approx. 200m away. The mountain railway Saluver/Marguns is about 500m away and can be reached with the free sports bus. The cross-country ski runs are in front of the house.
