About this property

The home features an open floor plan. Walking into the spacious living area you will find a six seater dining table, sofa and loveseat with coffee and two end tables. There is a 55 inch smart tv that allows for streaming and xfinity cable for your watching enjoyment. There is wi fi throughout the home. The kitchen is amply supplied and features a large island with four stools for convenient dining. There is a gas stove, dishwasher and large refrigerator with ice and water in the door. The laundry room is off the kitchen area it provides extra storage, washer and dryer and features a coffee bar with Keurig pot and pod.

You will have use of two bedrooms (the third is used as an owners closet). The master bedroom has a king size bed and the dresser with mirror provides ample storage space. There are blinds and curtains on both windows for privacy. The master bath is located just off the bedroom and features a double vanity sink, large walk in closet, toilet room and walk in shower.

The second bedroom features a queen size bed, blinds and curtains and dresser with mirror. The second bathroom is located just off the small hallway and features a walk in glass shower.

The large screened lanai offers a small sitting area for you to enjoy the Florida fresh air.

Perfect home!

My husband and I rented this beautiful home for 15 nights. The owner, Sherrie, was easy to communicate with and prompt in her responses. The home is very well appointed. It has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. Its proximity to Sawgrass made for easy access for a night out. There are several nearby recreation centers where pickleball can be played. I’d highly recommend this house for your next stay in The Villages. You wouldn’t be disappointed!

I hated to leave this house!

Everything here was perfect. The home was very clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. Oh, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. it was everything that one could expect. It is the best rental we have ever done.

Clean and Well Equipped

Came to Groveland area to watch world waterski championships. Needed a place close by. Sherrie’s place is clean, spacious and well equipped. She was very easy to deal with. No problems recommending her.
