The location of the property is excellent for those that like to fish or just enjoy the outdoors, and conveniences and amenities are just a short drive. House is an older home, but it is well maintained. My brothers and I loved our stay.

This place is very musty. There is a moisture problem somewhere. We spent as much time as possible away to avoid the musty smell. The mattresses have a plastic cover on them, which is understandable, but makes sleeping hot and every movement sounds like youre moving on a bag of chips. Pillows are terribly flat, so bring your own. This property is fairly close to rend lake which is nice and just a few minutes from town. Overall, it was a safe place for our family to stay but given the condition, was priced too high

Went for fishing trip group of 4. As others have stated, turning around and parking are challenging with two trucks and boat, but doable. Mike was fine with and even suggested driving through grass to get turned around as long as it wasn’t raining. Unfortunately it rained two of the four days we were there. We managed. Property could use a little maintenance but was fine for our purpose.

The home is very comfortable for 7 adults. We enjoyed watching the deer in the backyard. We contacted the owner and they were very quick to respond. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Animal Sanctuary

We really enjoyed the property. It backed up to the woods. Visited by several family of deer, hawks and various species of birds. Peaceful sitting on the patio drinking coffee and unwinding. Near the lake and not far to wineries, restaurants and other sites. Don’t hesitate to book here. Great value.

Great place close to a boat ramp

Liked that the house was so close to the lake. It is a bit outdated, but had everything we needed. The privacy was great and the back yard, with deer, reminded us of hime.It was a challenge to turn around in the driveway with a boat in tow, but we managed by backing in from the main road, I didn't want to drive in the grass.Would stay here again.
