The Neighborhood:
This cabin is located in a newly built neighborhood just a few miles from the heart of downtown Pigeon Forge. While construction is still active in parts of the development, many cabins are already being rented, and the developer has been mindful of guest experience. It's a growing area filled with well-built, stylish cabins in a truly unbeatable location. You'll enjoy the peace of a private stay while being incredibly close to top restaurants, shows, and attractions.
Getting Around:
Paved roads lead all the way to the cabin, and parking is available in the private driveway. The roads are smooth and manageable, though they can become muddy during or after rain due to ongoing construction nearby. A vehicle is required, and we recommend a 4x4 if you're visiting during wet or winter weather, or if you plan to explore beyond the Parkway.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.
• Sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.
• Electric fireplace is seasonal (typically operates October–March, weather permitting).
• Keurig and regular coffee maker combo provided—please bring your own K-Cups or ground coffee.
• 4x4 drive is recommended when traveling in the Smoky Mountains, especially in inclement weather.
• Neighborhood is still under development. Construction may be active nearby, and roads may be muddy after heavy rain.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

My husband and I really enjoyed this cabin for our 30th anniversary. It was clean, cozy, and centrally located near everything in Pigeon Forge. Great cabin for couples and would definitely stay again in the future.
We was a little disappointment upon arrival at the location. We were under the assumption the cabin was isolated (no neighbors). However after we settled in the cabin it was very cozy and comfortable for our stay. We enjoyed the gaming tables for entertainment and the hot was a bonus too. We would definitively stay here again.
Cabin was just as pictured! Very clean. Good location.

Very nice property, exceptionally clean. Very convenient to everything. The bed was really comfortable and that’s huge for someone with a bad back. Hot tub was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
Clean room, host gave all info needed.. we didn’t contact him about anything, we must have just read fireplace and thought it was gas instead of electric, comfy king bed, hardly any silverware or utensils… there were NO teaspoons to eat cereal only large serving spoons.. stirred coffee with a knife. Bathroom very clean.. but only 3 wash cloths for 2 adults for 2 days yet about 7 towels. There were NO bedside lamps so you had to turn ceiling light off before you got in bed. That was our biggest complaint. Can’t think of a place we’ve stayed that didn’t have at least ONE. It was very QUIET, of course we were there March 10-11- off season. It was close enough to the Parkway for convenience, but it is steep right before cabins.. just fyi. Cabins are close together. We didn’t use the hot tub but looked nice. Not much of a balcony to sit but there were 2 small woven chairs. Front porch had 2 rockers which was nice. No issues getting code to work. You might want to take your own toilet tissue!!!! and coffee, sugar/creamer. Seemed to be a very secure, safe place to stay. We enjoyed our stay
The cabin/house was so cute! Very clean and close to The Island, which was the area we love to be in. Loved that we didn't have to go out into the woods or up a steep mountain to get there.
It was also very beneficial that the owners gave good directions, definitely do not follow GPS.
Property was exactly as pictured. Very clean and ready for us! It is a great location and a very fun cabin! About a 5 minute drive to the main strip of Pigeon Forge but also gets you away from it! Great views, we could see Dollywood fireworks from the balcony. Host was very responsive and took care of some things for us. Overall a very nice stay and would absolutely stay here again or at any of their other properties.
