Great place to stay both apartment and location

Clean and has everything you need for a holiday. Garage parking was a great benefit. Two minute walk from a lovely beach and within a short walk of the Old Town

The view from the balcony is amazing, and it's a 3 min walk to a lovely beach. The flat could be massively improved by having Internet WiFi. Aircon would also help. The location is fabulous.

Mooi appartement, verbetering wel noodzakelijk

Wij hebben 2 weken genoten van het appartement. Op een mooie plek met een mooi uitzicht en een zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Wel jammer dat het appartement aan een drukke straat ligt met veel geluidsoverlast. Het meubilair en het tweepersoonsbed dient vernieuwd te worden. Het is smoezelig en oud. Het bed heeft geen goed matras. Advies om de woning te voorzien van airco en WiFi (WiFi via het restaurant beneden werkt niet).

Emplacement impeccable, nos enfants adultes et adolescents ont apprĂ©ciĂ© de pouvoir aller Ă  pied en ville autant qu'ils le voulaient. L'appartement est grand, bien Ă©quipĂ© et bien entretenu, quelques insectes et poussiĂšre derriĂšre les lits expliquent l'Ă©toile en moins pour la propretĂ©, mais rien de gĂȘnant. Les placards partout permettent de vider les valises et de garder l'appartement rangĂ©, nous Ă©tions 6 personnes et avions toute la place nĂ©cessaire. Le parking en sous-sol est un double parking sĂ©curisĂ©, avec accĂšs direct Ă  l'ascenseur, trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Les deux salles de bain (douche) sont confortables et spacieuses. Nous aurions aimĂ© avoir des carafes Ă  eau, et le bruit de la circulation empĂȘche malheureusement de prendre les repas sur le balcon. Mais les baies vitrĂ©es sont parfaitement insonorisĂ©es et permettent de profiter de la vue tranquillement. Nous Ă©tions nombreux pour le dĂ©jeuner de NoĂ«l et la piĂšce de sĂ©jour se prĂȘtait parfaitement Ă  un repas festif, avec toute la vaisselle et les chaises nĂ©cessaires !

Perfect

Ideal location, our teenagers could walk to the center, do their own things several times a day and come home for meals. The flat was clean and very well equiped. The living-room is large, light and comfortable. One drawback is the noisy street so meals on the balcony are out, but big soundproof french windows allow for meals inside with beautiful view and lots of light. Elevator straight from the basement parking so easy for luggage and shopping. No wifi in the flat, we had our 4G so no pb.

appartement bien a tous point de vue un gros bémol alors que théoriquement nous aurions dû avoir un appartement propre (le sol collant , les tiroirs du congélateur encore plein de jus de décongélation, les barreaux de chaise cassées,des pics sur le carrelage ; les bas de murs pas net ,problémes de fermeture des stores canapé dans le salon sans coussin d'origine sur le dossier remplacés par de petits coussins mobile )

The property was very nice.

The property was in a great location across the street from the beach. We really enjoyed the apartment. It was clean and well maintained. We did have to pay extra for towels and linen and we had to go out of our way to pick up the key (65 euros, taxi cost). There was no hand soap, shampoo or conditioner in the apartment. Regarding customer service: The office closed at 6:00 p.m. and unfortunately when we arrived and took two showers the hot water was cold. It was 6:05 p.m. I had to call the next day. They told me how to change the water heater default switch at the fuse box. Apparently, this had happened before because there was a note in English about how to turn on the water heater. The next day it was fine but after that the switched defaulted back and turned off and no hot water after one shower (again after 6:00 p.m.). We did have a shelf break because the water bottles in the small refrigerator got caught on the door and caused it to hit the glass shelf and break. We had a charge on our credit card for $70.00 for that shelf. Just be careful not to put too much on the shelf. We did enjoy the location and the lovely apartment but this is no AIRBNB, you cannot get anything extra. I did request extra pillows and was denied . It turned out there were enough pillows for me so, it was fine. We did have a few problems trying to get in but once we figured out how the key and code worked it was fine. Beside not having beach towels and some cold showers, we did enjoy our stay.
