Come and stay at our freshly updated one bedroom guest house with your own fenced court yard. You will feel like your in the country but so close to great restaurants, golf courses, hiking, shopping, hospitals and so much more! Unit features one bedroom with queen bed, .75 bath (shower), large couch used for relaxation or extra guest, kitchen with full size cooktop stove/oven & microwave and one dedicated parking space. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to anything you may need during your stay.

Washer and Dryer may be available during your stay. Large RV or Uhaul Parking available upon request for additional fee. Please inquire before booking.

Lovely neighborhood; comfortable and private digs!

The two of us really enjoyed our 10 day stay in this cozy guesthouse. Pleasant and friendly host Ian was very responsive to our needs. We loved the neighborhood with its mountain views for daily walks with the dog. We would stay here again anytime we return to Tucson.

Tucson visit

This rental was cozy, very clean and in a nice location for us to visit retirement communities in Oro Valley. We had easy driving access to everything we needed. And Ian was very responsive to questions we had. Very pleased with our stay here.

Very cute 1 bedroom. Perfect size for a few days to a few weeks. Nice fenced in area for Fido.

Loved the area (off the beating path- but so close to things) Nice yard to sit enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. House is so cozy, you can relax and enjoy. Needed owners just once and they responded right away, very helpful. Would definitely recommend if your in the area. Enjoyable stay for sure 🙂

PRIVATE AND QUIET

Having lived in Oro Valley before, we were looking for a place close to OV. This place fit the bill. It was very private and quiet. This was a safe place to stay and park our rental car. It is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. We look forward to staying again.

This place is clean and comfortable and has everything you’ll need, but the living space is smallish. The queen bed is very comfortable. Location in town is handy and the area is quiet. Glad to have the fenced yard for our little dog. The neighborhood offers enjoyable walks.

This home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and near to shopping and restaurants. The owner is quick to respond when we had questions. Before we rented, we asked if there was an outdoor gas grill. He said no, but upon arrival there was a new grill. Very accommodating.

Cozy Guesthouse in Great Location

We enjoyed our week-long stay here. The space was exactly as pictured, and host provided clear instructions for access and parking. We could bike to the Loop (about 3 miles) and short drive to shops and restaurants. Our dog felt very comfortable here as well, Nice little spot within the fenced pario for for dog to do his business. It was a very pleasant week that went by too quickly!

Apartment is small but super clean with great kitchen appliances, pots and pans. Bed was very comfortable with nice sheets and blankets. Loved all the channels on tv. Fenced patio was perfect for our pup. Hosts very very friendly.

This is a quiet, comfortable, peaceful unit. Great accommodations for two or three people. Full kitchen with equipment to easily cook-in so you can save money on dining out. A nice outdoor patio to soak in the Sun or sit in the shade. Outdoor grilling is possible. Location is close to grocery shopping and local restaurants and other venues and activities.

a perfect place in oro valley

This small cottage is perfect for a couple and for pet owners. It is in a perfect location with all services within a few blocks and very easy access...even a neighborhood car wash. Great neighborhood for walking the dog and fenced in porch area. Dawn and Ian respond quickly to any needs, communicate what is going on without being obtrusive or intrusive. Simply an excellent place in Oro Valley

Christmas and New Year

It worked great for us. Practically a straight shot, 7 miles, to our son's house. Clean and cozy. Freezer great for us since we feed our dog fresh food. Already knew the area and spent most of our time at our son's. Quiet neighborhood. Good for walking the dog.
