Upscale Beach House, 150 Steps to Beach/6 person Golf Cart and 6 Bikes Included

Enjoy the large, shaded backyard and a redecorated interior ready for your fabulous vacation. Nice open living areas welcome family and friends for fun conversation and games. Living has a super comfortable couch and chairs. Seating for 8 at the large dining table and 4 at the kitchen island.

Three private bedrooms all with newly updated ensuite baths, plus bunk room with full-size bunks. You will enjoy the spacious kitchen which and very well equipped with pots and pans, baking dishes, serving dishes, and kitchen gadgets.

The large, shaded back yard is perfect for cookouts on either the gas or charcoal grill and back yard games, like cornhole, giant Jenga, and more which are provided.

Bonus... Fewer than 10 steps through a private walk to your own pool entrance into 1 of the 2 neighborhood pools, and a 4 min. walk to the beach! Plenty of stores, ice cream, lattes and even a Mexican and a pizza restaurant (great Greek salad) just behind the home. Numerous wonderful restaurants are within walking and biking distance.

Ride the bikes provided and enjoy everything
30A has to offer. Seaside is a short bike ride away, or ride to the Big Chill for dinner and entertainment - great for the kids. Park the car, no need to use it when you can take the golf cart included for your enjoyment.

Enjoy this peaceful, quiet neighborhood, great for bike riding; or enjoy a game of tennis or pickle ball on 1 of the 2 courts. Let kids of all ages shoot some hoops and enjoy the small fishing lake steps from the front door.

Hike Point Washington State Forest, take the trailhead right from the neighborhood, hike to Eastern Lake, one of many dune lakes in the area. Dune lakes are only found in 5 places in the world, and we are one. Have it all during your 30A vacation!

Great location

We loved our stay and this house, close to the beach and the house came with golf cart, bikes, beach chairs and grill, the patio and back yard were so nice and close to the pool.

We loved our week in this beautiful home. Great location! Beautifully decorated! Loved having the golf cart and 4 bikes. Marta was awesome!!!! Immediately takes care of any issues. Highly recommend this property.

Great for families with kids

Everything was as stated on listing. Property owner provided a wealth of useful information about the house and area before our stay. They were very easy to reach and communicate with. Super convenient having the golf cart to drop stuff off at the public beach access across the street. Kids were able to ride bikes back and forth from beach. Quick and easy walk to beach access also. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Overall wonderful experience!

We live in Sugar Land, just outside of Houston, TX. I am a Realtor and my husband is retired from an oil related engineering and construction company. We have been visiting 30A on our family vacations with our daughter, son in law, and 2 grandkids for the past 9 years and fell in love with the area on our first trip. A wonderful place for a family vacation coupled with spectacular white sand beaches. Our dream came true in 2021 when we bought this vacation home, particularly since our favorite location has always been Seagrove, this idyllic neighborhood was just what we were looking for.

Why they chose this property

I was in the house 30 min. total and knew this was the perfect house. It has the right number of bedrooms plus a bunk room for the kids and their friends. En suite baths for privacy when 2 or 3 families vacation together. Wide open kitchen, living, and dining for conversation and games in the evening. Outside, a huge and shaded back yard for cookouts and games, paved patio, and covered porch. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to great restaurants and shops, and a short bike ride to Seaside. Most important, unique, and fabulous, is the 4-minute walk to that fabulous beach and the pool access directly from my back yard!

What makes this property unique

The location of this home cannot be better, not just the location within this quiet neighborhood but the location of this quiet and peaceful neighborhood on 30A. We are walking distance to numerous restaurants, shopping, fresh seafood market... Plus neighboring Seaside a truly short bike ride away from everything there is to do there but not in the middle of it all. We believe that the location of the house and the neighborhood are unbeatable and are happy to offer the 6-person golf cart and 4 bicycles for convenience and savings. We rarely use our car once we arrive.
