Curl up in front of the gas fireplace and enjoy the view of the ocean and greater Newport - or head out to the deck and take in the fresh ocean air. This home is a vibrant community, centrally located to all the happenings. Enjoy restaurants and shops nearby, and check out the bookstore across the street.

There's plenty of room to relax upstairs as well, thanks to the bonus upstairs lounge. Each bedroom features a view of the ocean, neighborhood, or both! But the kitchen is the true heart of this home and features a French door fridge, an extra-long breakfast bar, and appliances big and small to help you put together fabulous meals. Pack lightly, your vacation home includes a washer/dryer. A gas grill is provided for those who just can't get enough of that great ocean view, plus an electric vehicle charger adds convenience during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Entry door troubles … but awesome house

Please please please add some written instructions on the check-in page on how to get the front door open. THE door lock is very UN-user friendly. We struggled for half an hour trying to figure it out. We finally called the number and it took another 15 minutes just to get to the point. They finally gave us the code to the lockbox key, which was also hard to open. we finally got in the house, a maintenance person did show up after a while and tried to show us how to use the Entry lock number, she was very dismissive and a little condescending and did not listen to our questions. I consider myself to be a very mechanical and logical person so I can’t imagine how some other people could deal with this unless they had experience with this style of lock. A little how to instructions on the check-in page would go along way. After the third day, we finally Felt like we had figured out how to Lock and unlock the finicky front door lock. Other than that, the house was very nice and in a good location. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes and small appliances. The beds were comfortable and clean. The upstairs sitting room has a good view of Nye Beach

Lovely ocean home

Such a cute home right by the beach - was so nice to watch the sunset in the loft upstairs and the beds were comfy and having two full baths was great! Being right at the beach was such a wonderful experience! Beautiful views ✨

Great Nye Beach location

Wonderful location right at Nye Beach! Cottage is right down with all the restaurants and shops, and also right at the Nye Beach access area, so easily walkable. Plenty of space for our family to each have rooms, and we loved to look out the large window on the second floor facing the ocean. Got some great sunset views! With the location so close to the beach we could walk back and forth multiple times a day to enjoy the walking and near bye tide pools. Finally, the level 2 EVSE made it great for us to take our EV with us. Great extended vacation and will definitely go back in the future!

Beatiful Little Gem

The loation is awesome, the views are great. This was a very nice well priced VRBO, we really enjoyed our stay. It is a nice short walk to Nye Beach, and also the the Nye Beach area. The little Coffee Shops and Bakeries nearby are outstanding. Our stay was fantastic.
