NEW for Winter 2026 (est completion Nov 2026): Enjoy a year-round heated pool, two hot tubs, community area with stunning mountain views. Just steps from the free Town of Vail bus, you're minutes from Lionshead and Vail Village. Sleeps up to 6, with a gas fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, private balcony, fully stocked kitchen and two included parking spaces (garage + outdoor).

Our comfortable, single-level condo is located on the second floor of the Breakaway West community and is the perfect home base for your Vail adventure. Ideal for ski vacations, family getaways, summer hiking, mountain biking, and year-round adventures in Vail.
