Hello Tom, Thank you for your feedback. We also think our view of Round Lake is unbeatable. It is unfortunate you did not find the bed comfortable, our owners are responsible for the upkeep of the furniture. I will pass along your input and make sure the kitchen glasses are better matched. We inspect the units after every occupancy, sometimes we are in a hurry and the smaller details are overlooked. Feel free to look online at our other units and book a future stay with us. Rose

It’s great to hear that the condo was clean and in good repair, but we understand your concerns about it feeling a bit dated, especially the bathtub/shower. We appreciate your comments about the need for interior updates, especially in the hallways, pool, and workout room. Maggie, We are sorry your stay with us was not what you expected. Looking at your original reservation on October 25, 2021 shows that Unit 222 was the room that you reserved and were sent a reservation confirmation stating this unit. The pool is heated to 81 degrees and we did not receive any other complaints that week. We do not stock the pool area with towels as we have them available at the front desk upon request.
