ARCACHON, BD OF THE PLAGE – 240 M OF THE CENTRE-VILLE PLAGES!Close to the castle Deganne (Casino – Games machines), on the front top floor with elevator of a secure and very well maintained residence: Apartment T2 (1 bedroom) crossing (North / South) of about 45 m2 with parking and terrace.Entrance with closet / closet – separate toilet with hand wash – Bathroom (hydromassage cabin) – South and West facing bedroom: 1 bed in 160, closet / closet, TV – Dining room – Exhibition room North: 1 sofa bed in 120, armchairs, TV... - Very nice equipped kitchen (American fridge, traditional oven, microwave oven, hood, dishwasher, 6 gas burners, washing machine / dryer...).Spacious terrace (more than 6 m2), accessible from the kitchen and living room, with a beautiful dominant view over the city and the Arcachon basin. Store-banne, furniture...Large single garage on the ground floor. Easy maintenance apartment, very well equipped and very bright. Internet / WIFI. Excellent location, walking distance: Beach at 3 minutes, Leclerc centre at 4 minutes, municipal market at 9 minutes!No animals or smokers please. The white linen is not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: holidays33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership).
