T2 apartment located on the 1st floor in a holiday residence with shared and heated outdoor swimming pool. Living room equipped with a pull-out bench for a 70 cm or 140 cm bed and a second non-convertible bench opposite. A kitchen area with dishwasher. The separate bedroom has a 140 cm double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and a simple sink. The toilets are independent.
Enjoy the balcony with garden furniture, view of the forest. Parking is free and free in the residence. Animals are welcome. The golf course, formerly Pierre & Vacances, offers many services: large heated aquatic area open from the beginning of April to the end of September, bicycle and electric bike rental, varied food trucks every day (present only July/August), playground for children, toilets, laundromat. Holiday vouchers accepted (Ref. 01416).
