This is a lovely home, and in some instances, the photos cannot adequately display how warm, comfortable and inviting the home really is… It is outfitted with almost everything you would need for a relaxing and fun family vacation. It is close to several markets, restaurants, the town, and the beach, yet set a residential neighborhood. If you are a golfer, then you will surely appreciate the decor and the putting green. All the appliances worked, the AC was great, and the shower in the master bath is an experience! All in all, we had a great time and would not hesitate about renting it again.

Great amenities but short on beds

I will state this is a nice property. Situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is homey, decorated with a country golf feel and dedications to the owner's dog. The only issue we had was the ad for the property stated that one of the rooms had twin beds which was not the case. Owner stated it was that way for over a year but with no warning or an update to ad to remove the misinformation (she was aware that our party was 6 single adults). Adults sharing beds was not ideal but we dealt. I reached out but really didn't get the response I was looking for. Will return to the Hamptons but will choose another property.

Lovely Memorialn Day weekend stay

My family had a wonderful stay at the house this past holiday weekend. The house was spotless and well stocked with towels, sheets and all cooking utensils The kids loved the pool and we Lapp loved the beautiful backyard and deck. We will definitely return!

Great, cozy weekend

The 6 of us absolutely loved staying in Ann's beautiful home during a summer weekend. The backyard is perfect with a well maintained in ground pool, plenty of grass for a game of catch, and a large deck and grill which even included a heat lamp! It rained all day during our second day there and the covered patio with heat lamp allowed us to still enjoy the backyard. The house is very cozy with all kinds of personal touches that made it unique. Ann was very helpful in providing plenty of suggestions on things to do in the area, so we were well informed on restaurants and beaches nearby to spend our time. It's about a 20 min drive to Cupsogue beach so we may opt to stay a bit closer in the future. Otherwise we had a lovely relaxing stay in this home away from home. Thank you, Ann!

Ann has an amazing house which is perfect for a relaxing weekend away! The beach isn't too far away, Main Street with all small shops and cafes is a 10 min drive and restaurants are close by which are amazing! I couldn't have had a nicer weekend away! We'll definitely be back soon!

A great week in Westhampton

We had a fantasic week staying in Ann's Westhampton House. The house is lovely - large and very comfortable. We felt immediatly at home. The garden, pool and hot tub are fantastic - we stayed on the deck whilst our boys enjoyed the pool. Westhampton - the beaches, restauraunts and shops kept us away from exploring too far afield. Ann made us feel very welcome - she was great for everything fom weather reports to tourist information! We had a fab time and will be back soon

Fantastic Weekend

Myself, my girlfriend and two other couples came to this house after previously renting other houses in Westhampton, and this was by far our best stay. It is a beautiful home with a gorgeous front lawn and fun filled back yard with chipping areas, putting green (for golf nuts like us), pool and hot tub. The inside has a very cozy feel to it, along with beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms, perfect for our weekend needs. The house is in a perfect location to make a quick trip into town. We have already signed up for a weekend in 2015, and we cant wait!

The inside is so warm and cozy while the back yard with it's pool, jacuzzi and putting green is like being at a four star hotel. Why they chose this property

The Hamptons is heaven on earth! You can enjoy the scenic countryside, the ocean, the bay, and all the exciting activities which allow you to enjoy the scenery -- golfing, biking, surfing, shopping, etc. There are a dozen of the top golf courses in the world within thirty minutes of the house. You can also enjoy fine and casual dining and celebrity watching. And if you want to head into Manhattan to see a show and do more sight seeing, it is only 60 miles away.

What makes this property unique

The home is three miles from the charming town of Westhampton Beach and the Atlantic Ocean and one mile from great antiquing in Eastport. While you are in Westhampton, be sure to drive east and explore all the quaint towns in The Hamptons -- Southampton, East Hampton, Sag Harbor and Montauk, to name a few. The North Fork and all their wineries are definitely worth a visit. And then is sophisticated shopping and dining as well! I will certainly help you book tee times at some of the top golf courses in the area and can help with reservations at the top restaurants -- and there are many! Also, MacArthur Airport in Islip is very convenient -- only about 30 minutes from the house. JFK is about an hour and 15 minute drive, depending on traffic.
