Welcome your family and friends here to your "Home away from home" This newly built fourplex is equipped with everything you need! The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with all of the dishes and cooking utensils you could need! Enjoy the spacious bedrooms, comfortable mattresses, large tvs, and welcoming environment. The game room is full of puzzles and games for the family! Bathrooms are stocked with towels! The unit is thoroughly cleaned in between every guests stay! Less than 5 minutes from the interstate and 10 minutes from the University of Arkansas! Food and gas is just right up the road. Stay a weekend or stay a week!

I chose this subdivision, because it is centrally located and very modern! It is just 2 minutes from the interstate and 10 to the U of A. It is a great location without being in the heart of the crazy traffic
