Winter vacay

The cabin was amazing. Just a bit difficult for those who are not use to it to go up the hill. The location is perfect for those wishing to ski and very close to the town as well.

Great getaway!

The house was great for our short weekend ski trip. Very close to sugar and Beech Mountain. House was clean and everything was provided that we needed. Few cobwebs in the rafters but nothing drastic. Booking agency did a great job keeping us informed about the trip and what to expect as far as check-in and check-out.

Lots of Space, Good Location and Good Value

Nice space with plenty of room. The location is great (very close to Banner Elk, etc.) and has some nice quirky cabin touches. Would be a 5 star but for a few things- inside could use some freshening up and outside is pretty overgrown and not ideal.

Great location!!

We really enjoyed this house! Location was great. One thing to keep in mind was that we rented this house because it had two bedrooms and a bathroom on the bottom floor for my elderly mom, aunt and uncle. But, there are very steep stairs to get up to the bottom floor. That made it more challenging. Other than that, it was very nice and clean and convenient to the Fall festivals.
