We had a lovely visit. The location was great. We were able to walk to town, Jetties for the fourth, & Lily Pond. This was the perfect place for a family of four. We hope to be back!

Comfortable convenient and close to everything

Only steps away from downtown and a short walk to Jetty's beach, this was the perfect place for a week on Nantucket with a family of four.

For a Nantucket getaway this was perfect- location is convenient (walkable to town, beaches), and quiet. House is lovely, stocked with everything I needed. Highly recommend!

Lovely cottage in great location.

The cottage is so cute and very roomy. The location is great - an easy walk to town. The check in process was so simple with our own door code for access. The cottage has everything you need - beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler - for nice days at the beach. We enjoyed it very much!

Nantucket heaven

Lovely accommodations in this 2 bedroom cottage walking distance to town. Kind, friendly and attentive owners checking on us. Very clean and organized. Would love to return for our next trip to Nantucket! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

The cottage was excellent. It had everything we were looking for. It was a 6 minute walk into town. The house has a great outdoor back patio for morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable and the main bathroom is perfect and updated. Katharine was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The house is a block away from American Seasons, one of our favorites.

Private oasis walk to town

This is a very cute cottage tucked away with lots of privacy even though it sits behind another house. It abuts nature and has a lovely private deck. A short walk and you’re town. A short drive (or 20 min walk) and you’re at Jetties. Comfortable and cozy. Everything you need. Reasonable appointments for a weekly rental. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful week on Nantucket Island. Quick and friendly communication with the host was appreciated throughout the rental process. The cottage on Lily Pond was perfect in all regards. It was extremely clean in all spaces of the property. The back deck provided a quiet and shady spot for breakfast and morning coffee. The modern air conditioning units in the upstairs bedrooms and on the first floor were whisper quiet and very efficient. We could tailor the temperature to our liking in each room. The location of the cottage put us just a short walk from the center of town. There were so many choices for eating out! We enjoyed some type of seafood every single day and were never disappointed. The Sconset Bluff walk is a must. Stay alert for seals passing by when you visit the beach. A side note:At the time of our booking, there were no spots available on the Ferry to bring our car over. Happily, the Port Authority runs a well oiled program that immediately alerts Wait List passengers when openings occur.

Perfect

We stayed for a week and it was perfect! The cottage is tucked away off the street with a nice deck looking out over lush green foliage. We spent most of out time on the deck! The location is a short walk to town yet very quiet. We rented bikes for our visit and easily accessed Steps Beach for swimming and multiple bike paths for sight seeing. There is no air conditioning but it cooled off in the evening and there were plenty of fans. Katharine is exceptionally responsive and helpful.

Just what we hoped for

The cottage is lovely. It’s very close to town yet far enough from the road to be very quiet. (Behind the main house). Don’t shop for supplies before you get there. There were plenty of essentials, soaps, detergent, spices, etc, when we got there. Since these are not advertised by the owners, anything you find is a bonus.

Quiet location... convenient to everything!

This was a perfect spot for our vacation. We only had bikes so location was important to us. It is close to the bike trails, a short walk to the beaches and about 3 blocks from town. All the ammenaties were provided and the washer and dryer were a must as we had limited luggage space. Katherine was awesome to work with and I would recommend this property. Be sure to enjoy the quiet deck out back for coffee and cocktails. You will sure to catch the deer prancing through the back yard.

Excellent location! Within walking distance to town, Jetties beach and our favorite sandwich shop (Something Natural)! Very clean, although amenities could have been a little better..... More comfortable beach chairs (only 2), we had 4 people. Ran out of the essentials in the house, although host did provide more.

Cute cottage with amenities

We loved this cottage and the convenient location. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have a deck as well as a washer and dryer. We’d definitely stay here again when we return to Nantucket.

We had a great time staying in this cottage. Location wise, we were perfectly accessible to town, and nice bike ride-distance to all beaches. The cottage was spacious and extremely comfortable! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Quiet location right in Nantucket town

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and nicely decorated and actually a bit bigger than it looked in the pictures. The yard and surrounding area is just beautiful. It seems unique for being so close to town. We highly recommend.
