Located at the outer edge of River Wild Resort in Mt Bachelor Village, this 2100 sq ft tucked away home is minutes from the heart of town, yet away from traffic. All you will hear is the sound of the river. It majestically sits on the bluff on the largest River Wild private lot in a forest setting surrounded by native landscaping & ponderosa pines.

This vacation home has a large wrap around deck with a gas barbecue for deck dining with a view of Pilot Butte & the River as a backdrop. It is also minutes by foot to a community hot tub & Deschutes River Trail. You will also be minutes away from the Bend Athletic Club, Bistro 28 Restaurant, shopping, the Mill District, downtown Bend, golf, downhill skiing, snowboarding, x-country skiing with 50k of groomed trails, snowshoeing, world class dog sledding & endless mountain biking including Phil's Trail.

Mt Bachelor Skiing & Snowboarding:

Mt Bachelor is up Century drive just 25 minutes from River Wild. Situated high on the bluff of the spectacular Deschutes River, open floor plan, mountain view from the balcony, Listen to the river from the privacy of the wrap around deck in a peaceful river view setting, community pool and hot tub, close proximity to Historic Downtown Bend, Old Mill District and 25 minutes to Mt. Great location to town and hiking trails. Was able to bring my dog. House was clean and easy to access and check in. The house does need a little TLC here and there as you can tell it's been used a lot. Overall it was a good experience.

Last year, rented smaller house because it was just 2 of us. This year, all 4 of us were able to come. House was in perfect location with access to trail systems and easy to get to the mountain or downtown. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

We had a great stay! The house is awesome and close to everything we wanted to do in bend! The community it’s in is lovely and the house feels private but not secluded. AMAZING VIEWS. We even saw a couple of deer walk by the deck on our last morning there.
