In this warm and spacious apartment you will be located in the République district, a few steps from Place Garibaldi and the pretty Place du Pin, a landmark for gourmets.



The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator of a building in Nice, the rooms face the courtyard with double glazing to maintain calm within the accommodation for a stay that is both exhilarating and relaxing.



The accommodation is arranged as follows: upon entering the apartment, the corridor leads to a first bedroom with a standard size double bed (140x190) & storage cupboards.



Then the corridor opens onto a beautiful living room consisting of a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle), a dining area, a lounge area with sofa, tables bass, as well as a television & free Wi-Fi connection.



The living room leads to the bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit & WC.



A second bedroom is also at your disposal with a standard size double bed, storage cupboards and access to a small unequipped balcony.



A set of bed and bath linen is also provided and set up for the stay, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).



The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
