We were very impressed with this rental! The kitchen was amazingly updated and clean. The host leaves nice touches to make you feel at home like coffee pods and teas and creamer as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The street was quiet and parking was readily available. The host was very communicative and helpful when we asked for sightseeing and restaurant ideas We would 100% rent here again.

The unit was in good shape & very clean. The only issues are the lack of storage space for clothes (there were no dressers) & the air conditioning upstairs. The 2nd bedroom got a bit too warm as the AC vent is located under the bed which severely restricts the air flow

Great place to stay

My wife and I, two seniors, stayed for 9 nights while visiting family and friends in the area. The place is just like the pictures, no surprises when you're there. Parking was always readily available. Many stores and businesses within walking distance. We're already planning to return next year and staying here again.

Perfect location in Chestnut Hill

The property was exactly what we needed. We came to the area for my grandmother's funeral and wanted to stay close to her house, this was perfect. It also allowed us to walk to Germantown Avenue for dining and shopping. We enjoyed it very much.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed in this beautiful property while we were having work done on our home. Nina was a fantastic host! We couldn't have been made more welcome and the property itself was absolutely fantastic. We were a short walk from the Germantown Avenue and all it's shopping. The deck was a welcome extra. Thanks so much, Nina! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great condo

Great little place in chestnut hill - perfect location. Very few hotels near here and it worked well for us. Only thing, as has been mentioned, the stairs are steep. Not a big deal for a large majority of people but needs to be mentioned if someone might have a toddler here or elderly. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

Thanksgiving Oasis

We had such a wonderful stay! We needed some downtime everyday, and this oasis completely covered that. We also needed a place to make our dish to bring to Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for cooking we just had to bring the raw ingredients. The art on the walls is super interesting and the decor throughout was thoughtful and tastful. Nica was a delight to work with! She mad it so very simple. Which with the holiday and the long day of travel we very much appreciated it!!!

Wonderful stay!

We live close, but stayed here for a few days while our floors were being refinished. Sooooo much better than a little hotel room. Everything is new. It had all the amenities to make our stay nice. Very quiet and plenty of parking right in front of the house. The train into center city is one short block away. Germantown Avenue, with many restaurants, is also a short walk. I will keep this gem in mind when we have out of town guests visiting.
