We were so impressed with the facility - it was as it was advertised - a true luxury condo. Everything you might think should be included for your convenience as a guest was included. The furnishings were so tasteful for a high-level beach condominium. Clean and very, very comfortable. My wife and I highly recommend this to anyone.

We loved everything about this place. You can tell that the owner has put a lot of thought into every area in the condo to make it a great experience. It’s a short walk to the beach, but you can see the beach clearly from the deck. There’s so many wonderful things about this place that I can’t name them all, but I highly recommend it.

Great, beach front unit that is steps to the sand. Tammy was a wonderful host! Quick to respond and follow up and very thoughtful in terms of providing all sorts of extras such as beach sandals, sleep aids, etc. Would definitely stay there again.

This condo was perfect for our little family with our 4 month old! This was our first time to Mexico Beach and we fell in love with the quiet, slower pace! Everything was clean and convenient! Smooth, quick walk to the beach with a gorgeous view. Beach chairs, beach towels, a shibumi tent for the beach, and complementary flip flops along with other welcoming items were provided. Very cozy condo for the rainy days as well! Mrs. Tammy was amazing and very accommodating! We will definitely be back to the Happy Seagull!

Our stay at the Happy Seagull was very enjoyable and very worth it!!! Very clean and quiet and a quick walk to the beach. Weather the week we were there was very very nice for May!! Highly recommend to anyone and would want to come back to Mexico Beach area. Hosts very on every thing!!

Beautiful condo and view. Host was excellent! Balcony was great. Really enjoyed the kind people in the building as well. The elevator is out in the building so that was a little tough being on the top floor and my husband being a bigger older fella. Otherwise, amazing time. Thank you!

Great location and beautiful beach! A little noisy because of construction but glad to see Mexico Beach building back! Easy drive to Port St Joe and Appalachicola for dinner!

A Lovely, Well-Equipped Stay in a Perfect Spot

The condo was spotless and thoughtfully stocked—even beach essentials like chairs and a Shibumi were provided. Located in a convenient area with grocery stores and restaurants within 20 minutes or less, it made for a smooth and relaxing stay. It was truly a lovely place to stay—comfortable, easy, and enjoyable from start to finish.

Fantastic beach getaway

Beautiful,quiet, not crowded, short walk to a beautiful beach! All the amenities you can imagine from beach towels, to beach chairs, a shibumi tent, every kitchen item you’d need! Tammy was quick to answer any question I had . Highly recommend, this will be the only place we’ll come back to!

Our family enjoyed staying at this condo! It has excellent amenities! The location is just steps from the beautiful beach and water. Mexico Beach is a quaint little town. We will definitely be back!
