Located in one of the best areas of Bordeaux, close to the Parc Bordelais and the Villa Primerose, the apartment has 4 living spaces. Bedroom with a small work desk, well lit. Bathroom equipped with walk-in shower and large sink, with toilet. Living room/kitchenette with sofa bed for 2 people, preferably child(ren) and equipped kitchen. Easily accessible south-facing garden. Well insulated thermally and soundproofly. Totally independent from the rest of the house. Car garage equipped with an electrical socket for slow charging of electric car battery (access to the socket for a fee). Apartment located on the ground floor with access for people with reduced mobility (to be noted if this is the case).

El anfitrión es encantador y atento. En cuanto al alojamiento, tiene todo lo necesario y garaje para el coche. Para ir al centro de Burdeos había una parada de autobús cerca. El supermercado también al lado.
