This top floor Gulf/beachfront condo has been totally renovated and is “absolutely stunning!” Direct Gulf front views offer priceless sunsets with nothing between you and the daily setting sun other than the pristine Gulf waters and dolphins! Additionally, there is a lovely distant view of Lido Key and Sarasota Bay views from the 2nd bedroom and office
The West Indies style furnished living area and master bedroom sliders open onto the extended 40’ balcony. As part of the "down to the cement floors" complete renovation, all sliders, front entry door and windows were upgraded to the latest hurricane safety codes resulting in floor to ceiling glass sliders that only enhance the views.
Much sought after Beachplace property has an Olympic size pool, large hot tub and private sauna. Clubhouse provides gas grills, ping pong table and lending library. Fitness center includes aerobic equipment, weight machines and free weights.
This condo is our home most of the year. It is not your typical "rental unit." We ask that you treat it with care and respect. Condo is not suitable for children under 16.
Discount may be given for 2 month rental during June-September.

We are so blessed to live on the Gulf 6 months then on Lake Charlevoix in northern Michigan the other 6 months of the year. We travel quite often in February and March to Colorado for skiing and Arizona for hiking.
We have lived in Longboat for 8 years and think it is the best place in all of Florida! Once you cross the John Ringling bridge from Sarasota onto the Key you may agree!
