Nicely updated unit. New appliances, new furniture, new decor. Clean & cozy, convenient location. Enjoyed fishing on the canal. 3 units on the canal side, 3 parking spots, so enough room for 1 car per unit. Nice neighbors, quiet and relaxing at night. Manatees by the dock every morning & evening. Walmart will deliver groceries to the unit or there's a Publix a few miles down street. We loved it and already planning our 2027 trip!

This was our second stay in this particular condo. It’s our favorite with just steps to the canal and plenty of manatee sightings, and the beautiful beach across the street with glorious sunsets and dolphins. The condo has been remodeled and had everything we needed. The decor is nice and comfortable. It’s also located near a grocery store and all of our favorite restaurants. We had perfect weather and look forward to returning.

The host was welcoming and all the instructions were helpful! Just read the directions before arriving so you know which door to enter. The picture shown is an exact representation of the view on the canal. It's great!

Repeat visitors

This is our third year staying at Cabana Beach Resort and we’ve always enjoyed our stays. The units are very clean, nicely decorated and furnished, in a good location with private access to a beautiful beach and convenient to excellent restaurants. We look forward to returning.

Loved the manatees!

We saw manatees every day. It was lovely and mostly quiet, i.e. leaf blowers and lawn mowers.

Beautiful spot

The condo was just as it was pictured and described. The furnishings were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved being on the canal as it was quiet and relaxing. The outside sitting area was very comfortable and enjoyable. Beach access and pool were very convenient. I would highly recommend this spot.

2nd stay!

We went back for a second stay in this unit; second trip to LBK. Look below for my May 2022 review. We had another great stay and will hopefully be back again. Great unit for 2 people. Great location. Well stocked for the beach. Beach and water were beautiful.

Great Property

Beautiful end unit condo both indoors & outdoors. The water view is simply amazing for your morning coffee and evening cocktail! It would be nice if there was lighting along the pathway to the condo’s entrance, as it was pretty dark at night. Would definitely book this unit again in the future!

Nice location, unit was comfortable

Lots of nice little touches - dish soap, laundry soap, tooth paste. Unit is on a canal, and yes I saw a Manatee. Main entrance is through the bedroom, which is slightly odd but otherwise the unit was great.

Hi Sheldon, thank you for your nice words. I’m really happy you had a great time. The entrance to the unit is from the water side (living room), as it is written in our instructions and on the VRBO app as well. Bedroom door is to access the patio only. Come back next year! Michaela

Bungalow Retreat

Absolutely love the place! Parking was iffy for boat trailer parking, not sure about the lighting in bathroom, came magically, lol. I did try to run the dishwasher but couldn’t get it started. Recommend a pathway to boat dock.
