One bedroom, full bathroom, large living area with full kitchen and living room w/pull out couch. You will find all the essentials have been provided. Very comfortable overlooking Paugus Bay of Lake Winnipesaukee. Restaurants, stores, entertainment is all close by! Enjoy New Hampshire in any of the four seasons in comfort. Enjoy Weirs Beach in the summer, and Gunstock Ski Area in the winter. Come back to enjoy the pool for all guests. This is the place to be, all year round.

Bonnie was a great host. The condo was clean and just what we needed while in town for some lake time and a concert. The pool was an added bonus. There’s a great restaurant and a coffee shop on site, too!

I never booked a property before and this being my first experience was amazing for my wife and I. The amenities that were available, put us at ease for all the things we needed to prepare for the week.
