The house was great for my family of 5 (2 adults 3 teenagers). We enjoyed the spaciousness and amenities (especially the sauna). Very clean as well. Owner was also very responsive with my questions.
We had a wonderful weekend at this property with our family. We flew in from North Carolina for our nieces graduation and Georgetown was the perfect place to stay. Great location not far from Denver but in the beautiful Rockies! The house was perfect for our family. Very clean, comfortable and stocked. We will definitely stay here again!
This property looks small from the front but goes back quite far and has a large basement. My main complaint is that the bedrooms are quite small - typical of an old home. Great living spaces and kitchen!
This home is very comfortable with plenty of room for all of us (2 couples). Great location - within walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. It was a lovely place to stay for New Years. We would definitely stay here again!
Things were great and as described. My wife did say that she wanted to point out that some kitchen utensils had crud on them. Not criticism but just to let you know.
Booked this for three nights but due to vehicle issues we were only able to stay one night. Looking forward to coming back! This home is very clean, has plenty of space, and is adorable.
Super Charming Home with every amenity we could need. Beautiful mountain views, sweet old home and cozy, comfortable decor. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Gorgeous, cozy, and comfy (yet spacious!) stay for my family's holiday mini-vacation. The home is nestled back from the quaint town but within very easy walking distance to the main street with a lovely cafe and great brewpub type place (with Detroit style pizza!) and more. We loved the modern yet rustic feel of the home and how there's enough space to spread out but also gather together again for board games and family meals. Super close to skiing at Loveland Valley & Basin.
Great house. Way bigger on the inside. Everyone had their space to spread out. Great patio. Great views.

Colorado was my home for the last 14 years. I have traveled the world and think small mountain towns in the Rockies are real treasure.
